1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NEOCO ("the Service"), operated by NEOCO ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using NEOCO, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

2 Description of Service

NEOCO is an AI-powered marketing tool that allows users to:

• ✦ Track content performance across platforms

3 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

5 Third-Party Platform Connections

NEOCO connects to third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky) through their official APIs.

By connecting your social media accounts, you acknowledge that:

• ✦ You grant NEOCO permission to publish content on your behalf through official API access
• ✦ You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with each platform's Terms of Service
• ✦ We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, including but not limited to content removal, rate limiting, or account restrictions
• ✦ Platform availability and API functionality are subject to change by the platform providers without our control
• ✦ You may revoke NEOCO's access to your social media accounts at any time through your platform account settings or by disconnecting within NEOCO

6 E-commerce Platform Data

When you import product data via URL, you represent that:

• ✦ You have the right to use the product data and images you import
• ✦ For products you do not own (e.g., dropshipping from AliExpress), you are using the data in compliance with the source platform's policies
• ✦ You are responsible for ensuring imported content does not violate any third-party rights

We do not store imported product data longer than necessary to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• ✕ Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• ✕ Generate misleading or deceptive content about products (false claims, fake reviews, fake before/after results)
• ✕ Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• ✕ Impersonate any person or entity
• ✕ Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• ✕ Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• ✕ Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• ✕ Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
• ✕ Use automated methods to scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate these policies, at our sole discretion.

8 Pricing & Payment

• ✦ Free plan: Available at no cost with limited credits. No credit card required
• ✦ Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• ✦ All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• ✦ Payments are processed securely through our payment provider

9 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for:

• Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or server issues
• Downtime caused by third-party platform API outages
• Delays or failures in content publishing caused by third-party platforms

10 Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

If you believe any content generated or hosted on NEOCO infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at neoco.official@gmail.com with:

• ✦ A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• ✦ The specific content on NEOCO that you believe is infringing
• ✦ Your contact information
• ✦ A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• ✦ A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will respond to valid claims promptly and take appropriate action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific results from content generated or published through the Service, including but not limited to views, engagement, sales, or revenue
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or changes of third-party platforms

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEOCO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• ✦ Content you generate or publish through the Service
• ✦ Your violation of these Terms
• ✦ Your violation of any third-party rights

• Notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect

These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of China, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
